Preparation: Remove polenta SHEET and cheese from refrigerator. Slice thin on cutting board, place polenta on sprayed 2x and put into oven until crispy, set cheese aside. Slice onions. Heat butter and sugar in a large skillet, toss in onions and sweat and caramelize. Add chicken broth, put in pepper and wine. Heat, pour into individual crocks.
