Olive oil
Smoked porcini mushrooms
Salt

Methodology: 
Drizzle madelines with olive oil, sprinkle with salt.  Bake briefly at 350
degrees. then serve warm with chopped smoked porcini mushrooms
sautéed in olive oil until tender.
