4 slices white bread

Ham

Mayonnaise
Dijon mustard
Butter

Methodology: 
Place ham in food processor, blend, add mayonnaise & mustard,
process until smooth and transfer to small bowl. On bread board,
trim crust from bread, butter, spread on ham mixture, cover with top and cut to desired shape.
